The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) management, whishes to inform the general public, that the sale of JAMB 2020 application forms would kick start before January 2020. This means that the sale of forms will commence by January 2020. Although the form is out, accredited centers will start selling the form from 13th of January 2020.

How much is the cost of jamb form 2020?

The price for Jamb form 2020 is 3,500 and the Jamb 2020/2021 registration for fee for foreign students have been slashed down from over $100 to $20 dollars.

For Nigerian students, here’s the breakdown of the jamb form 2020 fees;

JAMB 2020 registration form stands at N3,500 .

JAMB CBT 2020 Registration fee is N700

JAMB 2020/2021 textbook is for N500.

As stated in the news, Buhari on Wednesday approved the reduction in the cost of forms for the JAMB, NECO as well as the Basic Education Certificate Examination fees.

Thus from January 2020/2021, the cost of UTME Form will automatically drop from N5,000 to N3,500 while that of NECO will drop from N11,350, to N9,850. Also, fees for the Basic Education Certificate handled by NECO has been slashed from N5,500 to N4,000.

This came as a result of the weekly Federal Executive Council held on Wednesday, where the minister of education, Adamu Adamu, stated that the president, has directed the ministry to look into the reduction following the significant improvement in revenues being remitted to the treasury by the education agencies.

Since there’s nothing like late registration in jamb again, as was in the past, candidates who wish to sit for the exams must make an early start to meet up. Now the deadline can only be postponed if there is a cogent reason to do so.
