Eligibility Criteria:
Leaders of social impact companies, both for-profit and nonprofit, who are innovators and entrepreneurs, are eligible to apply for the Global Good Fund Fellowship. Participants should be emerging leaders and business owners from diverse racial, religious, socioeconomic, and gender backgrounds. Successful entrepreneurs are dedicated to personal growth, hold a full-time leadership role at their social enterprise, which must have operated for two to five years.
The candidate must lead an enterprise in operation for a minimum of two years, employing at least two full-time, paid employees. The candidate’s role must be that of a primary decision-maker.
• C-Suite (CEO, COO, CTO, CFO etc.)

Additionally, the candidate must dedicate their full-time efforts to managing the business, which must have a mission-driven focus aimed at societal improvement rather than solely profit generation. The candidate’s leadership can be within a for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid organization, operating on either international or domestic scales, or both. The enterprise should have a well-developed business model positioned for long-term scalability or demonstrate significant potential for growth. Its focus should encompass sectors such as Financial Inclusion, Environment, Education, Economic Mobility, and Health.

Phase II: Comprehensive Application
July – August
• A mandatory video submission featuring the candidate discussing themselves.
• Two letters of recommendation.
• Financial viability template.
• Questions with concise answers covering topics like:
– Impact measurement.
– Business description and its unique features.
– Leadership and coachability.
• Estimated completion time: one to two hours.
Phase III: Interview
October – November
• A 30-minute video interview.
• Candidates must invite one colleague or community member who can vouch for their work to the interview.
