- Scroll to the username field and key it in.
- Enter your password
- Then click on the login link

If you have forgotten your username, you won’t be able to access the portal. Thus, to receive your username, you have to enter the primary email address for this account, to get your username.
- On the login page, click on the ‘Forgot username’ link.
- You will be directed to a new page, where you are to enter your email address.
- Then click on the ‘Continue’ button, to get further instructions.
